AR Graffiti: Hall of Fame
AR Graffiti: Hall of Fame is een immersieve, interactieve ervaring van digitale streetart in de EMG in de stadshaven van Groningen. Het werk is ontwikkeld door digitaal kunstcollectief WERC. De ervaring staat in het teken van het nieuwste werk: AR Graffiti 3.0. De installatie is een 35 meter lange graffitiwand, aangevuld met interactieve videoprojectie. Gecombineerd met een speciaal ontworpen soundscape ontstaat er een totaalervaring die het publiek 270 graden omarmt. In een aansluitende ruimte worden de bestaande installaties AR Graffiti 1.0 en AR Graffiti 2.0, als contextprogramma gepresenteerd. Deze werken illustreren hoe WERC, door de tijd heen, de samensmelting van graffiti en digitale kunst steeds verder verkent.

About WERC
Artist collective WERC focuses on designing and developing interactive media art in relation to nature, theater, science and technology. The humanization of technology and the interaction between humans, nature and technology are the guiding principles in their work. In their installations and performances, WERC plays with the boundary between the physical and digital world: where does one world stop and where does the other begin? And can we really speak of two different worlds?
